As a seasoned physician speaker, Dr. Charity has graced stages across the nation and around the globe as a keynote speaker. But her journey into comedy has also led her to light up comedy clubs, including the renowned Laugh Factory in Chicago. She's been a headliner at places like The Grizzly Bar in Pasco, WA, and Roses by the Stairs Brewery in Phoenix, AZ. 

Her wit even made headlines when she competed in the "Funniest Comic in the Valley" contest in Ahwatukee, being featured on the front page of both the Gilbert Sun News and Ahwatukee Foothills News. In these articles, she shared insights from her extensive medical career, her experiences growing up in the segregated South, and her 44-year marriage to a doctor with a unique heritage – his father was Turkish, his mother was Syrian, and the punchline is, "So obviously, he was born in Rhode Island!"

Now enjoying retirement, Dr. Charity calls Gilbert, AZ, home, where she embraces the dry desert heat. She's a proud parent of two adult children and a doting grandmother to one lucky grandson.
